4-Week Nutrition Challenge

Challenge yourself to dial-in your nutrition, sleep and stress over the course of this 4-week challenge. How much can you improve how well you look, feel, and perform?

At the Kickoff we will provide a short lecture covering general nutrition information and methods to improve your sleep and stress, followed by a question and answer session. We will also take "before" photos for anyone who would like one.

Check-In Meetings are scheduled weekly so you may collaborate with other athletes and get additional questions answered by a Coach.

Throughout the challenge, you will have access to our private Facebook group to collaborate with other challengers, share recipes and clean eating tips, and get more help from a coach.

At the final meeting we will talk about sustainable nutrition, fueling for performance, and how to incorporate foods back into your lifestyle that you’ve avoided during the challenge.
